Weekend Retreat: Treehouse Point

So I spent Saturday night sleeping in a tree. I love the way that sounds. Back in January, Joanna blogged about a place called Treehouse Point. I immediately fell in love and then discovered the beautiful treehouses were located just 30 minutes outside of Seattle (lucky me!), so the husband and I booked our stay. It was rustic and quaint, peaceful and strange, beautiful and earthy and made for a perfect retreat from urban overload. Bonus points, the beautiful Snoqualmie Falls are just a five minute drive away. I'll let my pictures do the rest of the talking.

  2. This is beautiful! The first couple of pictures remind me of some of the old houses hidden away on Perdido bay off of the Gulf coast.

  25. Amazing. I have never heard of this place or any sort of treehouse hotel in fact. Thank you SO much for posting this beause I'm super inspired now. I am planning another trip back to the US at the end of the year and would like to take the hubby to Seattle. I KNOW he'd fall in love with a plce like this. My only concern is if there is heat in winter! ;-)
